3. Acceptance into Alma Select

  • remove any profile from its database at any time.

Acceptance into the agency is entirely at Alma Select's discretion.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Alma Select provides a professional matchmaking service.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • finding a partner;

  • receiving introductions;

  • entering into a relationship;

  • engagement;

  • marriage;

  • long-term compatibility;

  • any specific outcome.

Successful relationships depend on many personal factors outside Alma Select's control.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information;

  • update your profile when necessary;

  • communicate respectfully;

  • comply with all applicable laws;

  • treat other members with honesty and respect.

You agree not to:

  • impersonate another person;

  • provide false information;

  • harass or threaten other participants;

7. Confidentiality

Profiles shared through Alma Select are strictly confidential.

Users may not:

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of membership.

However, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of every statement or document provided by participants.

Users remain solely responsible for conducting their own personal judgment before entering into any relationship.

9. Personal Meetings

Any meetings arranged between participants occur voluntarily.

Alma Select is not responsible for:

  • personal decisions;

  • travel arrangements;

  • accommodation;

  • gifts;

  • financial transactions;

  • emotional outcomes;

  • engagements;

  • marriages;

  • disputes between participants.

Every participant assumes full responsibility for their own actions.

10. Membership Fees

Membership fees are displayed before purchase.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Purchased memberships are personal and non-transferable.

11. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement:

  • membership fees are non-refundable;

  • partially used services are non-refundable;

  • educational materials are non-refundable after access has been granted.

Individual agreements may specify different refund conditions.

12. Educational Courses

16. Limitation of Liability

  • travel expenses;

  • personal disputes;

  • actions of third parties.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

17. Suspension or Termination

Alma Select may suspend or terminate membership immediately if a participant:

  • violates these Terms;

  • provides false information;

  • behaves disrespectfully;

  • harasses another participant;

  • commits fraud;

  • damages the reputation of Alma Select;

  • breaches confidentiality;

  • engages in unlawful conduct.

Termination may occur without refund.

18. Force Majeure

Alma Select shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, internet failures, epidemics, strikes, or technical interruptions.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Russian Federation unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
